Visto l'altissimo numero di ordini e di richieste ricevute dal nostro Customer Care, aspettatevi tempi di spedizione e di risposta piu lunghi del normale. Onde evitare spiacevoli e frustranti situazioni si richiede la massima attenzione nel piazzare i propri ordini, sia nella scelta dei prodotti (tutte le informazioni e specifiche tecniche sono chiaramente riportate nella scheda di ciacun prodotto), sia nella compilazione dei vari campi richiesti, soprattutto l'indirizzo di consegna, cosi da evitare modifiche in corsa che allungherebbero ulteriormente sia i tempi di spedizione, sia i tempi di risposta da parte del nostro Servizio Clienti.

dopo che un ordine viene effettuato e/o confermato non e possibile fare cambi di prodotti all'interno dello stesso ordine. le uniche modifiche che possono essere eseguite sono l'eventuale rimozione di uno o piu prodotti, ma non il cambio con altri non prevedentemente selezionati, e/o lannullamento completo dellordine stesso, PRIMA che vengaraggiunto lo stagl di "in preparazione per spedizone". da quel momento in poi non e piu possibile fare alcuna modifica, né annullare ordini.

I prodotti al momento non piu disponibili torneranno disponibili se e solo se ulteriore stock è a disposizione. In quel caso il prodotto tornera nuovamente acquistabile al massimo il giorno seguente. Se un prodotto è definitivamente esaurito, allora verrà rimosso dal sito.

Given the extremely high volume of orders and requests received by our Customer Care team, please expect longer than usual shipping and response times. To avoid unpleasant and frustrating situations, we ask you to pay the utmost attention when placing your orders, both when selecting products (all information and technical specifications are clearly shown on each product page) and when completing the various required fields, especially the delivery address, to avoid making on-the-fly changes that would further extend both shipping times and the response time from our Customer Service team.

Once an order has been placed and/or confirmed, it is not possible to make product changes within the same order. The only changes that can be made are the possible removal of one or more products, but not exchanges for others not previously selected, and/or the complete cancellation of the order, BEFORE it reaches the "preparing for shipment" stage. From that point on, it is no longer possible to make any changes or cancel orders.

Products currently out of stock will become available again if and only if additional stock becomes available. In that case, the product will be available for purchase again the following day at the latest. If a product is permanently out of stock, it will be removed from the site.
